CT has assisted Penske Truck Leasing with the development of several Service Facilities in the Chicago-land area, the Midwest and the East coast. CT has performed all architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical designs for these facilities, which feature a 2 story office component that is adjacent to their double height service bays as well as an attached, indoor truck wash facility. Facilities range in size but are approximately 25,000 sf on a site that is typically 20 acres.
