Curaleaf’s flagship dispensary, previously known as Skokie’s Greenhouse, is an education hub for recreational cannabis. An existing building at 10000 Skokie Boulevard was revived with enhanced forms that capture a sense of motion across the site.

Parametrics were used to achieve the sweeping gradient pleats across the façade. Foam blocks were wire cut to precision, numbered and installed in place on site. The components were then seamlessly coated with a fine plaster finish.
