Engineering

Engineering that works with the architecture, not around it.

Plumbing

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering are not separate conversations at Camburas & Theodore. They are part of the same design process.

Our engineers work alongside our architects from the beginning, developing systems that support the design, the budget, and the way the building will actually be constructed. Everyone works from the same model, under the same roof, with the same objective.

Integration matters.

Ductwork is coordinated before it meets structure. Electrical requirements are resolved before they become field conflicts. Plumbing systems are designed around real building conditions. Structural solutions are developed with the architecture, not after it.

Advanced modeling and coordination allow us to identify conflicts at the desk instead of discovering them on the job site. The result is straightforward: better coordinated drawings, fewer RFIs, fewer change orders, and a building that goes together the way it was designed.

The objective

Mechanical. Electrical. Plumbing. Structural. Architecture. One team. One coordinated solution.

The best measure of our work isn’t what we say about it. It’s what we leave behind. Buildings that work. Relationships that last.
